BSV Member Winter Meeting

Join us for our BSV Winter Meeting. We are trying something different for our meeting! Instead of our traditional potluck, the meeting will now consist of informational mini-workshops. There will be three separate workshops presented by members: 1. Feeding Caterpillars (You Can't Save Them All) 2. Rearing & Raising 3. What Went Wrong? - The Dreaded "5 Ps": Pathogens, Parasitoids, Predators, Pesticides, and People. This will be an opportunity to learn and ask question about these aspects of raising butterflies and moths. There will be cookies and drinks supplied by the BSV, other displays, and of course the BSV Boutique will be open.

The Butterfly Society of Virginia is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our main purpose is to raise the general consciousness of our members and the public regarding the survival problems of butterflies and moths through publicity, programs and activities for both adults and children. We also promote butterfly and moth conservation, including conservation of butterfly habitats.
