Join Sara Dykman, author of Bicycling with Butterflies, and Butterfly Society of Virginia to learn about Sara's 10,201-mile bicycle adventure following the monarch butterflies. Sara will cover monarch ecology, bike touring basics, stories from the road, and how all of us can help fight for a future with monarchs.

The Butterfly Society of Virginia is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our main purpose is to raise the general consciousness of our members and the public regarding the survival problems of butterflies and moths through publicity, programs and activities for both adults and children. We also promote butterfly and moth conservation, including conservation of butterfly habitats.
